Who We Serve

  • HVAC Equipment Manufacturers

Environ’s staff of highly trained sales professionals are poised to influence system design and equipment selection as it is our goal to be the basis of design whenever possible.  The responsibility of representing a manufacturer in our market is not taken lightly and thus our staff participates in all factory training and continuing education that is require for the job at hand.  Recognizing the importance of stability in a manufacturer’s representative network, Environ has plans in place for its succession for many years to come.

  • Mechanical Contractors

By understanding the needs of our customers, Environ strives to provide unparalleled customer service that sets us apart from our competitors.  Our professional, accurate and timely proposals are the benchmark in which others are compared.  Our equipment submittals are accurate and comprehensive making planning, installation and implementation much quicker and easier.  Our technical support staff is there to provide the necessary expertise during construction, equipment start-up and during system commissioning.  We enjoy repeat business because we understand the entire sales cycle and we are there for our customers before, during and after the sale.

  • Consulting Engineers

Environ Sales Engineers work diligently to educate the engineering and architectural community on the latest trends in HVAC equipment, design and efficiency.  By leveraging our comprehensive marketing approach consisting of engineering / educational presentations, jobsite and factory visits as well as active participation in industry associations, our goal is to educate our engineers while assisting in the design of the most cost effective and efficient systems specific to their client’s needs.

  • Building Owners and End Users

Environ caters to discriminating Building Owners and End Users who have a vested interest in their HVAC systems and understand the merit in selecting equipment with the appropriate features and benefits that offer reliability and the lowest life cycle costs.  By leveraging our expertise and consultative approach with building owners, we become and integral member of their team when matching systems and equipment to the specific needs of their facility.  Additionally, our factory trained technical staff is there to support our clients through start-up, commissioning and the warranty period.

THREE PILLARS OF OUR SUCCESS

Constant Improvement

Due to the evolving technologies and technical nature of our business, Environ strives to be an organization of constant improvement through education, communication and investment in people and infrastructure. Given the importance of education in our industry, there is rarely a week where we are not involved in some sort of training whether it be factory training, a webinar or a seminar that appropriate staff members are expected to attend.

Our philosophy of teamwork requires clear communication which is a conduit for the systematic sharing of independently learned information that is shared daily and in weekly meetings. The sharing of knowledge and experiences helps us to learn and to grow both personally and as an organization. Additionally, Environ strives for constant improvement through on-going performance and process assessment. Rather than ignoring mistakes, we take the opportunity to learn from them and find ways to improve in areas where we’ve obviously come short. By engaging in open discussion about errors and shortcomings, we find ways to ensure that a similar error is not committed in the future. It is through this self-assessment and root cause analyses that Environ strives for constant improvement.

Teamwork

Our company philosophy is that a highly trained team can accomplish more than a group of individuals working alone. To that end, our inside and outside sales engineers work together as a team to achieve our mutual goals. Additionally, a team can flex with the cyclical nature of the construction business, whereas an individual cannot. It is for these reasons that Environ employs a team approach with respect to our organization.

Environ employs an inside support team that consists of several product specialists and customer service representatives, each being responsible for the technical expertise of two or three primary manufacturers. In addition, all of our inside sales staff are cross-trained on other manufacturers and products to serve as back-up if necessary to meet deadlines and goals. Since product specialists work with specific manufacturers daily, they are intimately aware of all aspects of specific manufacturer’s products. In addition, they are adept at AutoCAD and can communicate detailed information about products to mechanical engineers.

Customer Service

The last building block of Environ success is customer service. The local HVAC market is competitive, and Environ distinguishes itself among competitors by providing the best service to all customers with whom it interacts. Mechanical engineers, contractors and owners each have specific needs when it comes to engineered products. It is the goal of Environ to provide the best possible service at all levels, which includes providing timely and accurate information, jobsite support, and after sales support through the warranty period and beyond.

To assist with customer service, Environ established a Parts Department so that the company can ensure that customers who need equipment parts get them in a quick and efficient manner. Our inside staff and our parts specialist embraces the Environ philosophy of customer service, and provides top service to end users and mechanical contractors in the area.

Environ’s focus on customer service has solidified the company reputation as one of the best HVAC manufacturer’s representatives in the area. The diligence of our sales staff with the support of our Start-up Technician and our responsive Parts Department, continue to propagate this key component to Environ’s success
